SFBT is a short-term, goal-focused therapeutic approach that incorporates positive psychology principles and practices, assisting the client in constructing solutions rather than focusing on problems.
06 — Strength-Based Therapy
Strength-Based Therapy is a type of positive psychotherapy and counseling that focuses more on a client’s internal strengths and resourcefulness, and less on weaknesses, failures, and shortcomings
